What is an Integrative Health Coach?

An integrative health and wellness coach is a supportive partner who works with the whole person. Your coach will take the time to really listen, ask you powerful questions, and help you discover inner resources you didn’t even know you had.

This is whole-person coaching. MIND, BODY and SPIRIT. I have experience in nutrition, mindfulness, yoga and professional development.

An integrative health and wellness coach:

  • Is fully present to listen deeply and guide you through personalized, one-on-one encounters

  • Partners with you to achieve your personal health and well-being goals

  • Recognizes your innate wisdom and inner healing potential

  • Meets you where you are without judgment

  • Helps you make healthy behavior changes to achieve the kind of life and health you desire

  • Emphasizes your self-empowerment and self-care

  • It is not therapy, education, consulting or a talk with your best friend. It is based on the belief that each individual is whole, is the expert in their own life, and has the answers within them. The coaching sessions will be a way to facilitate the behavior change and get to their desired goal.
