I would just like to start by thanking Anna for our time together and how it changed my life and everyone around me. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! You never know how much you value others over yourself until you set goals in your life. My time with Anna Beale was inspirational and very enlightening. We touched base on who I was, and what I wanted to do with my life, what my heart yearns for, and my life in perspective. All these things revealed that I put people before myself and though it's not bad it's okay to say no sometimes. It's okay to create space to regroup, to refocus, and find peace within your journey.
My communication with my wife changed, the way I support and encourage my kids, understanding that being eager to accomplish goals can overwhelm not only you but the people around you, and understanding of time is very important. Anna brought so many emotions out of the darkness and into the light which built confidence in my gifts and talents and who I was as a person. I am now on my way to be certified in my field which will shift the direction of my career and lead to many new doors. She's Gentle, Kind, Wise, a Realist, and has a Very humble heart. I never felt judged during our talks or belittled. My coworkers noticed a shift in the way I took on projects and how we accomplish them by applying the same steps Anna shared for me to achieve my goals. Truly Grateful for the words of encouragement and new outlook to achieving the things I want out of life.

Before meeting Anna, I was very anxious and overwhelmed with so many things that I needed or wanted to get done. I found myself jumping from one task to the next without completing them. I blamed that on me having ADHD and that ‘this was just me’. But the truth is, not completing these things was causing me a lot of anxiety as the list continued to grow.
A friend of mine introduced me to Anna and told me how much Anna was helping her with ways to improve her overall well-being. She said that Anna was finishing up her schooling as anIntegrative Health Coach and needed a couple volunteers. My first thought was what in the world is an Integrative Health Coach? After meeting Anna and hearing about the health andwellness coaching I decided to volunteer. I wasn’t sure how or if the coaching would benefit me but wanted to at least help Anna.
The coaching sessions with Anna was very helpful in getting me to see that I am a very organized person, that I do have the skills to complete the many tasks on my ongoing to-do-list.
I just needed help to implementing ways to improve my time management. Anna has helped me find the tools that work best for me. I am happy to say that I use my new tools daily and am finding that I am much better at staying on track and completing my tasks and projects.
Completion is such a good feeling of accomplishment.
Anna has also helped me to see just how important exercising is to me and my overall well-being, both physically and mentally. I always enjoyed going to my local gym working out with friends; it was my ‘happy place’. Unfortunately I stopped going to the gym 2 yrs ago when COVID hit and never went back. I am happy to say that I have rejoined the gym, have made it a part of my weekly schedule (M-W-F 10am) and am working out with my friends once again.
Needless to say, I got much more out of the coaching process with Anna than I ever thought I would. I think every one could benefit from the health and well-ness coaching and I highly recommend it.

Working with Anna was exactly the catalyst I needed to “jump start” me back into regular and consistent working out and healthy eating.
After a two plus year period of personal stress, working from home during the pandemic and hormonal challenges, I was desperately needing a reset. I had previously met Anna through her online yoga classes and immediately felt I clicked with her personality. When she offered a 5 session wellness coaching opportunity, I jumped at it. During our sessions, Anna listened, asked questions, was upbeat, non-judgmental, encouraging and gave great advice. One thing I appreciated was she held me to two main goals per week, that we came up with together. These were seemingly simple but important steps, and allowed us both to get excited and proud when I achieved these goals. I appreciated Anna’s vast and detailed knowledge of women’s health and the time she took explaining the importance of things that I needed to pay attention to, such as being aware of those sneaky added sugars, eating whole foods, and ideas to make meal prep easier. Anna meets people where they are on their journey; she holistically approaches the client’s health and concerns. I highly recommend Anna as your integrative health coach.
