Group WEllness Coaching

4 modules, 4 weeks:

1-    Health + Nutrition

2-    Mindfulness + Rest

3-    Exercise + Movement

4-    Purpose + Spiritual Connection

·      Each module will have worksheets, and weekly reflection exercises, including optional homework for those that want a deeper engagement.

·      The group coaching program will meet virtually and in person (on site) providing a 30 minute lecture followed by 30 minute Q&A.

·      There will be 1:1 coaching with each group member throughout the month.

·      A survey will be conducted at the beginning of the program, and then at the end, to note transformations or shifts.

The intent here is to provide a short group coaching program, that could go month to month, depending on the size of the organization and its’ needs.

The program is modular, meaning the whole 4 weeks could be focused on nutrition and health, including weight loss. Or it could be 4 weeks of only women’s health and wellness, or 4 weeks on mindfulness and meditation. So maybe the program could begin with taking a survey, to see what people are most interested it at the organization, and tailor the program that way.

There would be a flat fee for the group program, with a minimum of 10 participants, and maximum of 30 for the month.
