How are you embracing your whole self?
We are complex, WHOLE beings, with deep inner and outer environments that impact our lives. There comes a time when we want a deeper meaning, a richer life based out of our own inner knowing, intelligence and life force. We rise to a new self, in a new body inspired and fueled by our inner guidance.
My work here is to help individuals identify the out-dated conditioning and stories (believe me there is a lot so this takes time), then to start building our own guidance system, our new beliefs and new way of doing life, from a new place of wisdom and wellness. I work with evidence-based methods, as well as spiritual wisdom, Ayurveda, breathwork, and other mind body practices to achieve the best version of yourself.
I am a certified integrative health coach with a Master’s in Integrative Health from the California Institute of Integral Studies, focusing on key principles of psychological behavior change, use of complementary practices, holistic lifestyle medicine, and addressing community-based health disparities. I am a Certified Women’s Integrative Medicine Institute Educator, via Dr. Aviva Romm’s, Women’s Functional & Integrative Medicine Professional Training Program, allowing me to focus on women’s health, specifically hormones and the menopausal transition. I also have a certificate in Energy Medicine from Normandale Community College, allowing me to further my work in integrative healing modalities, along with my 500(RYT) yoga training, with world re known Shiva Rea.
